Byte Builders provides software development, web development, mobile app development, and related technology consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging with our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Byte Builders or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
Payment terms are established in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified, we typically require a deposit before commencing work, with remaining payments tied to project milestones. Late payments may result in project suspension and may incur additional fees.
Project timelines are estimates based on the information provided and agreed upon scope. Delays caused by client-side factors, including delayed feedback or content provision, may extend the timeline. We commit to maintaining transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Byte Builders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We warrant that services will be performed with professional care and skill. Post-launch support and maintenance terms are specified in individual agreements. Bug fixes for issues arising from our work are provided free of charge for a specified warranty period.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, project details, and business operations. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. All deliverables completed and paid for will be provided to the client.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Byte Builders operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
